Learn about cryptocurrency legal regulation from head of the RF FA State Duma working group, Elina Sidorenko
The law on cryptocurrencies, proposed for consideration to Russian authorities in September, was postponed. Should we expect its second iteration before the end of the year, and how did the specialized working group at the State Duma approached its finalization? Learn this first hand, on November 16, at Blockchain & Bitcoin Conference Moscow from the head of the Russian State Duma interdepartmental group on the risk assessment of digital currency turnover, Elina Sidorenko.
In addition to her work in the interdepartmental group, Elina is also a professor at the Department of Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure and Criminalistics at the Moscow State Institute for International Relations of the Russian MFA, a member of the financial regulation committee and the expert committee on security and anticorruption of the Russian Federation State Duma. She actively participates in international activities, being a delegate to Anti-Bribery Working Group meetings of The Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development.
